Brighton Based Soul Singer Quentin Releases Debut Single, ‘Love Shot’

Set for release on 27 May, ‘Love Shot’ is the debut solo single from soul singer, Quentin.

Originally from Chicago, but now based in Brighton, Quentin has been working on his EP for the past year, with ‘Love Shot’ the first track to drop.

Quentin, who has been working on the song with DJ Darren Outbreak, has vocals that will remind the listener of artists such as CeeLo Green. ‘Love Shot’ is a catchy, immediately earworming song, and is a clear reflection of the soul singers Quentin grew up listening to, such as Aretha Franklin, and Patti LaBelle.

While this is Quentin’s debut single and EP, it’s by far from his first foray into the world of music, with the artist having previously froted his father’s band, The Blue Volcanoes, with whom he recorded 2 blues tracks on their album, back in 1996.

Quentin attended college in Chichester, and gained further experience in performing, while he played in a range of bands, later performing with jazz bands.

You can pre-save ‘Love Shot’ here, and find out more about Quentin and his music online on Facebook, and Instagram
