G Wildin Is On A ‘Mission’ With His Latest Track And We’re Happy To Go Along With Him

G Wildin gives us a taste of the Miami Beach summer sunshine, in his latest single, ‘Mission’.

With fast flowing rhymes and a singular rhythm, emerging rapper G Wildin had never been to Miami before he shot the video for ‘Mission’ – but he’s certainly been a fast study in terms of what this city can offer. Originally from Nevada, and nowadays living in San Diego, he found his voice and his sound in Atlanta, Georgia – so it makes perfect sense that this man of the world would be perfectly at home checking out Biscayne Bay.

The video for ‘Mission’ fits perfectly with the track itself, with the footage of Miami Beach shot with a retro filter that conveys the steamy heat and humidity of this Florida city. We can almost taste the sultry ocean breezes coming in off the Bay, as the classic hip-hop sounds and intelligent lyrics, combined with laid back instrumentals, evoke a sense of relaxation, despite the rapid-fire delivery.

Directed by Benjifilmedit, the video for ‘Mission’ stands for repeat viewing, as it opens with a drone shot of Miami Beach, then swiftly zooms in on G Wildin, on the balcony of a holiday apartment. He’s reading about Muhammad Ali, getting inspiration, and then takes off to the beach, spitting verses as he goes, sharing with his listeners his plans for world domination – his mission. We’re here for it.
