Yuliyah Releases Her Latest Single, ‘Real Deal’

Born to a Russian family in Latvia, Yuliyah is a singer songwriter whose specialist sound is Doo Wop, and Bubblegum Pop. Her new single, ‘Real Deal’, out August 15, is filled to the brim with sweet melodies, while the video is packed with retro vibes, as Yuliyah uses sassy lyricism and dance to empower women and encourage them to independence. She cites Meghan Trainor and Duffy as influences, and this is evident in ‘Real Deal’.

After she finished secondary school, Yuliyah moved to London on the look out for opportunities to further her music career. Yuliyah found her feet in the largest of London’s Middle Eastern venues where she started to sing and dance. Following this she travelled around the world for a few years, performing on cruise ships and in hotels, after placing in the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent, This life was cut short due to the pandemic, but thankfully, she’s found her escape through music, and via the internet, she’s been able to continue creating and communicating with her audience.
