Introducing million And New Single, ‘mess we made’

Making music inspired by the 1980s, million are a trio based in Melbourne, Australia. The group released their debut single, ‘problem’, earlier in the year, and now return with their second single, ‘mess we made’.

million comprises Craig Kemp, Jacinta Le, and Lil Friedmann. The trio write from experiences, both personal and universal. Their sound  is a blend of modern pop with a nostalgic element; instrumentally they enjoy finding the balance between contemporary instrumentation, synthy electronica and classic hooks that characterised the pop music of the past.

The dreamy pop sound of ‘mess we made’ calls to mind that of other Australian artists, such as fellow Melbournite, Kate Ceberano, and The Veronicas.

‘mess we made’, which was released on April 21, is a dark look into an affair, along with the shame that comes with it.

Stream ‘mess we made’ on Spotify. You can find out more about million and their music online on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
