It’s only a minute long, but the teaser clip from Jedward’s new music video, for their single, ‘Soul Crushing’, has certainly provoked excitement among their many fans around the world.
Previewed without warning tonight on TikTok tonight, it’s also the first video the Irish duo have posted on the social media platform. They have however previously done live streams.
‘Soul Crushing’ was the first single released from Jedward’s 2019 album, ‘Voice Of A Rebel’, and the duo promised they would make a video to go along with it. Although no official release date has yet been announced, it seems it’s imminent with tonight’s sneak peek.
Shot while the duo were in the US last year, they’re seen dancing in the mountains, often surrounded by snow. The lonely location is the perfect setting for the heart-wrenching song, written about lost love that can’t be let go easily. The lyrics are something many of us can relate to, while the synths and guitar of the instrumental track help to convey the sadness of the overall theme.
