Legaxy ft Tory Lanez – ‘Rotation’

Legaxy has been shaking up the music biz since 2015 with his sound, which he’s honed with the help of Dark Boy Records. His new single, ‘Rotation’, from his upcoming EP, ‘Nothing To Lose’, is yet another excellent release from the artist, and should certainly be as successful as his previous singles.

‘Rotation’ sees the perfect balance between hip hop and RnB; the verses and hooks have a classic hip hop vibe, while the slow pace of the background music retains a laid back R and B chill. There’s been a lot of effort given to the lyrics, with the words, and in turn the vocals, flawlessly thought out and get their message across perfectly.

Likewise, the music video for ‘Rotation’ is the perfect match for the song, with the clip filmed in front of a range of backgrounds, setting a sultry sound with colourful lights. A group of girls, their heads in a circle opens the video, providing a visual representation of the song’s title. Directed by Mid Jordan, we see clips of Legaxy and Tory Lanez performing in front of an all-black screen with flashing white lights. The perfect combination of light and dark makes for an ideal video.
