GS11 – ‘Flex’ ft. The Plug Daughter

North Carolina native GS11 has been putting his own stamp on Southern rap and making his own since 2015. With his crew, the 11 Grooves, backing him up, GS11 and his latest project ‘Gastronaut’ have been burning up the charts with singles such as ‘Bunkin’. His latest track, ‘Flex’, featuring The Plug Daughter, should likewise be a smash.

The high energy hip hop track will get your feet tapping and your hands clapping as GS11 and local North Carolina rapper The Plug Daughter create a unique and fresh sound. The track serves as a hype up for The Plug Daughter, introducing her to GS11’s fans, as she dominates her verse, and together they bring an extra dimension to the song, showing the hip hop world, and beyond, just what they can do.

The video for ‘Flex’ starts with GS11 and The Plug Daughter standing in front of a building, while performing for the camera. A moving line of in-sync dancers move down the sidewalk, never letting up, moving from the heart of the city, right into a parking lot. They then spread out to form a circle, with everyone getting their chance to dance in the centre. There’s no judgment, everyone gets their turn to dance however they wish, with good energy and encouragement. All in all it’s a great clip for the song, which will have you up and dancing before you even know what you’re doing.
