Hailing from Welywn Garden City, in Hertfordshire, England, D•SIPAUL is a musician, composer, and producer. The artist, real name Simon Paul Goold, pays homage to Depeche Mode with his new album, ‘Mode Formula’, which features guest vocalists, and dark instrumentals. ‘Mode Formula’ was released on December 11.
With a taste for minimalism, dance, and industrial music, D•SIPAUL experiments with different instruments and sonic textures, his creative sounds, although brooding, are nonetheless catchy, and very enjoyable, and will appeal to fans of other industrial and electronic dance artists.
The album is a mix of instrumental tracks and with guest singers, predominantly Freya Alley, and Fab. The use of different vocalists doesn’t take away from the instrumental track appeal; if anything it adds to it.
