American rock band Highly Suspect dropped an acoustic version of single ‘These Days’. It is now available to stream on Spotify.
Frontman Johnny Stevens blessed all music fans by recording this wonderful version of the band’s most recent single. It was decided that they make the version available for all to listen to, due to popular demand by their fans. Once their supporters heard the acoustic track, they were keen to get hold of it immediately to listen to over and over.
‘These Days’ has a deep and significant meaning that we can all relate to. It demonstrates the everyday struggle and stresses one may be dealing with in life. Last month saw the official release of the music video which displays this perfectly. You can also witness the behind the scenes antics when creating this music video:
Alongside the release of the acoustic version of ‘These Days’, the band has also launched a genius secret site that allows their fans to let off steam during the lockdown. Here, they can write anonymous messages about their frustrations. If this is something that you’re interested in, you can find the site here.
Last year saw the release of their highly anticipated album ‘MCID’ – which is following the footsteps of their 2nd album ‘The Boy Who Died Wolf’, and Grammy-nominated debut, ‘Mister Asylum’.
Highly Suspect are set to be returning to the UK in August to perform 5 shows across the country – this includes a sold-out show at the Electric Ballroom in London on 31st August. Tickets can be found here. For updates, follow the band’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
