Ahead of her eighth studio album, ‘Hurts 2B Human’, due out in April this year, international music legend P!NK has today released her highly anticipated new single, ‘Walk Me Home’, today through RCA Records. Written by P!NK in collaboration with Nate Reuss, and Scott Harris, it’s been produced by Peter Thomas, and Kyle Moorman.
P!NK teased the song two weeks ago, when appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and announced at the same time that she would release her eighth studio album, ‘Hurts 2B Human’, in April. P!NK was awarded her star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame on 5 February, with Ellen giving a speech.

‘Walk Me Home’ has a pop-country vibe, showcasing P!NK’s considerable vocal prowess. The song contains a message of hope and empowerment, if only we can find someone we can trust. It’s anthemic and almost spiritual; while not directly addressing the problems of the world, it hints at them with lyrics about a “better time” and “there is so much wrong going on outside”, while “Come on and show me how we’re good/I think that we could do some good” gives hope that things can be better again.
P!NK made her debut in the year 2000, and over that time she’s released seven studio albums, one greatest hits album, sold over 60 million album equivalents, over 75 million singles, more than 2.4 million DVDs worldwide, and has had 28 singles in the UK Top 40, including 3 UK Number 1 singles. Additionally, P!NK has won three Grammy Awards, from 20 nominations, 1 BRIT Award, one Daytime Emmy Award, two Billboard Music Awards, seven MTV Video Music Awards (including the 2017 Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award), 2 MTV Europe Awards, 2 People’s Choice Awards, and was named Billboard’s Woman Of The Year in 2013. On top of all that, P!NK has sold out arenas all over the world.
P!NK’s seventh studio album, ‘Beautiful Trauma’, has been certified platinum, and debuted at the top spot on Billboard’s 200 chart. This marked a career high for first week sales, and re-entered the charts at the #2 spot after release. It’s been certified platinum, and received two Grammy nods for Best Pop Solo Performance (‘What About Us’), and Best Pop Vocal Album.
P!NK is an incredible supporter of charities including Make A Wish Foundation, Autism Speaks, Human Rights Campaign, and No Kid Hungry. Additionally P!NK is a UNICEF Ambassador.
