If you’ve not got onto #SCFIRST “First On SoundCloud” yet, it’s a campaign launched by SoundCloud to promote and celebrate those artists who got their start on SoundCloud. First started earlier this year in the US, they expanded to Europe in early June.
One such #SCFIRST artist, M.J.E, is a DJ and producer from Sweden. Having started a label, MJE-Music, with with his wife in 2014, he makes many styles of music, including EDM, House, Melbourne Bounce, Bass House, Future House, Tech House, Techno and Trance.
‘In My Mind’, released in July, is an electronic dance track with an old skool vibe. The vocals are simplistic – mostly a repeat of the phrase, “In my mind”, but it’s the instrumentals which will capture you.
