Canadian Alt-Pop artist Amy Guess is someone we at Essentially Pop are really excited about.
Having recently returned from touring back-to-back with Betty Who and Aaron Carter, Amy is proving a driving force in alternative music. Her new single, ‘Never Come Back’, shows a diverse range of sound both in music and in vocal range.
It begins with a synth-pop electronic sound with Amy’s vocals gritty and enticing. By the chorus however, her voice softens, opening up a beat that you can’t help but tap along to and lyrics that take you on a journey of heartbreak.
