Shaw Quentin – ‘Timing Is Everything’

San Francisco based producer and DJ, Shaw Quentin is set to release his new single, ‘Timing Is Everything’ on 27 February.

Inspired by the importance of time and its pressures, the track itself takes influence from the likes of Timbaland, and Daft Punk, as well as Moby, and Enigma.

Shaw Quentin has travelled and performed for nearly a decade in such locations as Las Vegas and Ibiza, and he’s used these experiences to colour his work. Quentin produces music which is both youthful and groovy, while at the same time presenting a mature and experienced vibe.
‘Timing Is Everything’ is a sumptuous track with multiple layers of rhythms and beats: one layer is akin to whale noises; another is like a buzz saw, one is a rapid drumbeat; while yet another is like a swirling cymbal sound. Together they combine in exactly the right sequence, bringing to life the concept of timing being everything.
The track will be available to stream and download from all major media providers from 27 February, but can be pre-ordered now from iTunes, with further releases coming throughout 2018. Keep up to date with Shaw Quentin online on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
