Check out the latest track from EllyD, the lush, ‘Lucky’. Accompanied by another brilliant self-made video, ‘Lucky’ exemplifies the talent of this Dublin artist – and artist she is.
‘Lucky’ has an atmospheric, etherial sound, with the instrumentation taking a back seat to EllyD’s sublime vocals. There is the merest hint of an echo to the track, which adds to its sumptuous quality.
EllyD’s voice has a quality that reminds us of fellow Irish songstress, Dolores O’Riordan, and her songwriting style only adds to this.
‘Lucky’ is out on Friday 7 April and will be available from iTunes and all other digital platforms.
You can find out more about EllyD online on her official website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
