The album is ten tracks of eclectic jazz style music, at once jarring and yet oddly harmonious, created by six musicians, each one from a vastly contrasting background to the next. It’s a work in progress, hence the title, ‘Progetto Generativo’ (Generative Project).

The ensemble formed in the spring of 2014, and performed covers of tracks from the Italian alternative and math rock era. Their aim is to bring together these genres with classical music, and they’ve performed a number of live concerts, each different to the last. Their performance style involves “hyper-interpretation” – the sensitive relation with the social context in which the performance takes place.
