Bree Taylor, a Canadian singer songwriter and YouTube creator, recently released her debut single, ‘Broken Dreams’, ahead of her EP, which she has been recording in Los Angeles.
Bree was born to sing and entertain, and has been a YouTube creator since 2008, where she vlogs about beauty, makeup, fashion, and books. She also has a second channel where she posts videos of herself singing covers of popular songs. Bree experienced a relationship breakup: rather than letting it get her down, she took strength from it and was inspired to write and record ‘Broken Dreams’.
Bree was always an outgoing and creative child, writing poems, stories and lyrics from an early age. She sang in the school choir from the age of six, where her instructors described her as an emotional and gifted singer with a powerful and unique voice. She plays piano, flute and guitar, and considers writing and creating music to be her way of expressing herself and baring her soul to the world.
Released on 29 September, ‘Broken Dreams’ has garnered critical acclaim and has been very popular with her followers on YouTube and across other social media.
‘Broken Dreams’ can be downloaded from iTunes. Find out more about Bree Taylor online on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud, and her official website. Bree can also be found on Tumblr, Pinterest, and has book reviews on GoodReads. Please subscribe to her YouTube channels here and here.
