Last month, Essentially Pop got the chance to talk with Melanie Steinway of the hard working indie band out of Colorado, Tyto Alba, whom had just released their single ‘Between The Lines’ and were getting ready to release their video for their single ‘Lupine Soul’.Â
The interview lends some great insight into the visuals in the video with some extra background on how some of the scenes were filmed and created by the singer/songwriter of Tyto Alba, Melanie Steinway.
The four piece out of Colorado have crafted a tight and original sound in their short time together and we see a great future for the up and coming indie rock band. ‘Lupine Soul’ is a wonderfully powerful song with a creatively artful video that displays Tyto Alba’s amazing talents. The video for ‘Lupine Soul’ incorporates various scenes from nature, which seem to be a common theme in Tyto Alba’s image and music; but seems fitting being that they come from the wilderness state of Colorado.
