There are quite a lot of things setup in this film, but if the inevitable second film is as well-made as this is, then the Dune film series has the potential to be an instant classic. If you have the opportunity, see it in cinemas in order to do it full justice.

Venom: Let there be Carnage is an adequate superhero film that’s improved upon the strength of its predecessor, but hasn’t yet resolved its weaknesses. It’s a worthwhile watch if you’re a particular fan of Tom Hardy’s, or you’d like to see the ups and downs of a surreal, quasi-romantic relationship between a man and the alien sharing his body. Make sure to stay for the post-credits scene.

Set for release in UK cinemas on December 10, 2021, and coming to Netflix on December 24, 2021, ‘DON’T LOOK UP’ is the new film from Adam McKay, and David Sirota. With a huge cast, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, and Timothée Chalamet, among many many others, it follows astronomy grad student Kate Dibiasky (Lawrence) and her professor, Dr Randall Mindy (DiCaprio), who make the astounding discovery of a comet orbiting within the solar system: on a direct collision course with Earth. If that’s not bad enough, nobody else seems to be too bothered by this information.
