We’ve been watching A-Wax 1 Million’s ascension over the last year, with his distinct West Coast sound that doesn’t hold to that of LA, San Francisco, or even Seattle, but rather his hometown of Tacoma, Washington. Breaking the mould with his creativity and unwavering focus, he’s making space for artists such as himself, who decide its important to lead with honesty and integrity. New single and music video, ‘THE GREATS’, sees A-Wax 1 Million continue to build on what he’s done so far, and along the way invite viewers to take a deeper look at what makes him tick.

Overflowing with the sort of energy we’ve come to expect from this artist – infectious and appealing – the music video for ‘THE GREATS’ sees A-Wax 1 Million driving around the streets of Tacoma, beaming with confidence and joy, seemingly reclaiming the streets that he once roamed, now as he stands tall on the proceeds of his talent. He dedicates the clip to the greats, and takes the opportunity to fully embrace his role as a mentor, giving back to kids in his neighbourhood – his nieces and nephews – as well as his daughter. He sees himself in these kids, and he wants them to have a bright future. So, by using his music as a platform, he’s determined to bring them forward, leading by example.
