UK Singer Chloey Rose Talks About The ‘Ghost’ Of A Past Relationship In Her Latest Alt-Pop Ballad

Out now, and available to stream and download here, ‘Ghost’ is the new alt-pop ballad from British singer-songwriter, Chloey Rose.

The evocative, piano-led track centres around the aftermath of a relationship gone wrong, and starts with the focus on a place of darkness and confusion, both lyrically and instrumentally. The pain and longing of the main character are tangible, but before the end, that emotion is replaced instead by feelings of freedom and hope.

Chloey Rose is able to bring forth a raw vulnerability as she shares fully the pain and sorrow of lost love; the bridge of the track serves as a catharsis, a release from emotional binds.

‘Ghost’ was co-written by Chloey Rose alongside Aron Bicskey, and the artist’s deepest wish is that it brings healing to anyone who’s lived through a similar experience, and inspires them to continue in their lives with confidence, while also reminding them that there is always hope and a brighter day ahead.

Chloey Rose is an award winning artist whose speciality is emotionally-driven pop ballads, with a theatrical twist. Her self-appointed mission is to “rescue our torn souls from the carnage of modern times”, and her incredible vocals and stage presence has seen her gather to herself a dedicated fan following across the UK and Spain. Fans of powerful female vocalists, such as Adele, Amy Winehouse, and Lorde, will find a new artist to enjoy with the dulcet tones of Chloey Rose.
