American Singer-Songwriter Finneas Announces Debut UK Headline Show

Yesterday, on August 2nd, American singer-songwriter Finneas announced his first ever UK headline show will be coming later this month, on the 30th. Although Finneas has enjoyed a great deal of success through his short time in the industry, he had never headlined a show until now, only acting as a supporting performer at shows like Coachella, and working with artists such as Billie Eilish (his sister), Ringo Starr, Justin Bieber, etc. Coming off of production work on Eilish’s latest single, ‘What Was I Made For?’, which featured in ‘Barbie’ and hit #2 on the UK Singles chart, Finneas continues his hot streak with this new tour.

Born in Los Angeles to Maggie Baird and Patrick O’Connell, both of whom are prominent actors and musicians, Finneas first started producing his own music at the age of 12, taking influence from his parents’ songwriting methods. He also got a start in acting at a young age, getting his first role in the American comedy film ‘Bad Teacher’ at the age of 13. His acting experience has helped him with music production at times, as playing a character helped him to write music from another person’s perspective, which he has done multiple times for his sister, Billie. Debuting in the music industry in 2019 with the EP ‘Blood Harmony’, Finneas already has a wide portfolio at the age of 26, and he will be demonstrating his musical prowess on his new tour.

Finneas’s latest work was on the soundtrack for B.J. Novak’s directorial debut film, ‘Vengeance’, which released in 2022. Now, he will be able to perform to the world once again with his blockbuster debut at the Electric Ballroom in Camden, on August 30th, which includes some of his most famous tracks and hits. The tickets will go on sale at Friday, 10am BST (5am EST), and can be bought through the link below.
