Recently, English pop sensation Erin Bloomer and her band were booked to do a show with multi-platinum hip hop trio N-Dubz in Derby. However, N-Dubz had to cancel the show at the last minute due to a falling out with the promoter. The show would have essentially served as Bloomer’s big debut, and the cancellation of the Derby show hurt the Sussex-born star greatly – however, N-Dubz saved the day by booking her for not only one, but two new shows in Brighton and Margate, helping to keep her dreams alive.
N-Dubz are a world-famous hip hop trio from Camden Town comprised of cousins Dappy and Tulisa, and close friend Fazer, who Dappy met through a karate class. In the early 2000s, the trio bonded over music while at Haverstock secondary school, forming the group when they were around the age of 13. They went on to release multiple platinum-certified hip hop albums such as ‘Uncle B’ (dedicated to Dappy’s father), ‘Against All Odds’ and ‘Love.Live.Life’. Their tough upbringings influenced their music greatly, which in turn, influenced people around the world who wanted to be artists themselves – including a young Erin Bloomer, who was inspired to make music when she watched Tulisa on X-Factor and heard other artists such as SZA and Doja Cat. Now, Bloomer is more determined to perform than ever with N-Dubz in Brighton and Margate.
Both N-Dubz and Bloomer have been hard at work – Bloomer releasing her debut EP ‘Cherrygirl3101’ and releasing a remix of ‘SAD XXX’, reaching 150 million streams. N-Dubz have also announced their fourth album ‘Timeless’, releasing in August 2023, and have been touring the UK to promote the album. But they’re not just promoting their new album – they’re giving young artists like Bloomer chances to make it big in the music industry and giving their fans the performance of a lifetime – a Timeless performance, if you will.
