Alex Bedford Releases Latest Single, ‘Frozen Here’

UK based songwriter Alex Bedford’s new single, ‘Frozen Here’, is set for release on 11 July. Written during lockdown, it very effectively conveys the feeling of helplessness at the end of a relationship, and serves as an expression of love, not wanting to let go of what you once had. ‘Frozen Here’ is available to pre-save here.

Like most people, Alex Bedford found he had a lot of time on his hands during lockdown, and developed ‘Frozen Here’, from a short piece he’d written, and shared on his social media pages. The reception to the song encouraged him to work further on the track, which takes a deep dive into his honest emotions. The guitar based instrumentals, along with Bedford’s soft vocals, and simple yet moving lyrics, will appeal to fans of Ed Sheeran, Kodaline, James Bay, James Arthur, and Lewis Capaldi.

Based in Stafford, Alex Bedford started out releasing covers, putting his own stamp on popular songs, before deciding to bite the bullet and release one of his own compositions. His debut original single, ‘Something About You’, was released earlier this year, and is dedicated to his now wife. Bedford has taken a new step in his musical career, and is signed to Staffs based record label, Spectrum Music.

‘Frozen Here’ is out July 11. You can find out more about Alex Bedford and his music online on Facebook, Twitter, InstagramSpotify, and Apple Music.
