Keegan Connor Releases Her Latest Single, ‘Dove’

We first met Keegan Connor back in September last year, with her single, ‘all my friends’. She returned in November with ‘Dancin’ In The Rain’, and now, keeping up the 2 month release pattern, she’s back with her new single, ‘Dove’.

Just like the rest of her singles, ‘Dove’ is of the highest quality pop, and sees Keegan continue to excel, approaching the track with both serenity and grace – much like a dove. Her effortless vocals and mature songwriting once again are testimony to Keegan’s talent, and, knowing a good thing when she finds it, she’s returned to her frequent collaborators, JBach (The Voice, American Idol) and producer Josh “Igloo” Monroy, who is best known for his work with Grammy Award winning producer, Babyface.

While she is still a teenager, Keegan Connor is no stranger to love, and ‘Dove’ sees her sing about finding peace when a relationship has come to an end, and accepting that things might not be working anymore. Her lyrics perfectly convey how important it is to treasure the beauty, and meaning, that the relationship brought at that time, and to allow it to help her to grow:

“I let the good times fill up my heart”.

While it’s a serious topic, ‘Dove’ is nonetheless a catchy, sing-along tune, and meets all the requirements for a hit pop track.
