Singer/songwriter/producer has released the video for his new single, ‘1 SIDED LOVE’. The clip has been directed by Malia James, and portrays the breakdown of a relationship, as seen in a series of cinematic snapshots.
Speaking of the song, blackbear said,
She was standing there with her bags. I knew what was happening .. I thought, I want to forget how i felt at that moment. This song will never allow that. My guts stretched and transparent. ‘1 SIDED LOVE is the first of four installments on my new 18 song album ‘anonymous’.

‘1 SIDED LOVE’ premiered on Valentine’s Day, and was written and produced by blackbear, Joe Kirkland (known for his work with Dua Lipa), and Jurek. The track has a smooth beat and poignant vocals, and is the first release from ‘anonymous’, the follow-up to blackbear’s 2017 album, ‘cybersex’.
