Originally from Atlanta, R&B and hip hop artist Mika Means has been in the music industry for close to a decade, writing songs for notable gold and platinum artists such as Bando Jonez, Chris Brown, and Zomboy. Now she’s started out on her solo career, with her latest single, ‘Single Life’, a fun summer jam, ahead of the release of her debut album, ‘Sheezus Christ’.
The video for ‘Single Life’ sees Mika engaged to herself and throwing her own party ahead of her wedding. She takes a humorous look at life, with her careless confidence shown in her dance moves and the transitions between her in her wedding dress and in her tracksuit. She’s not got time for anything other than the single life. Shot in LA, Mika not only brings life to the video, but she also directed it herself.
