Leach, real name Steven Sterk, was born in Antwerp, Belgium, and was influenced from a very young age by his parents’ interest in music. His father was a beach club DJ for several summers, while his mother played the piano. After receiving a keyboard for his tenth birthday, he realised that music was the direction he wanted to go in.
Several years later Leach began experimenting with music program, Fasttracker, followed by Fruityloops, whose software he still uses to make his music.
Leach’s style is a blend of progressive, deep, tech, and minimal, while he continues to look for a melodic and happy vibe. ‘Gliese’ is an uptempo chill track, the perfect party starter. Find more about Leach online on Facebook.
