The third and final in our series of interviews in Ireland was with Luke Lang and Brian Clarke, singer and guitarist respectively from Dublin rock band, Skyfever.
We’ve talked to Skyfever before, but never met any of the band in person, so it was a great opportunity to have a chat about their music, and their new single, ‘The Returning’. Luke is a recent addition to Skyfever, with their gig at The Grand Social the following evening his first with the band. He brings with him a definite rock sound which has more than influenced Skyfever’s music.
Lisa also had the opportunity to check out Skyfever live in concert, at legendary Dublin venue, The Grand Social. The room was filled with enthusiastic fans eagerly embracing the new sound, and feeding off Skyfever’s increcible energy.
Although there was seating in the venue, not much of it was used, as everyone was standing up and dancing. The gig was to launch their new single, ‘The Returning’, and the band kept us wanting more with a strong and energetic performance.
