Emma Blackery has revealed the video for the title track of her new EP, ‘Magnetised’. The EP is set for release on May 26, and was recorded at Rockfield Studios, as well as Longwave Studios.
The video has been directed by Sitcom Soldiers, known for their work with All Time Low, and features top UK wrestler Lana Austin, along with Iain J Christ. In the video Emma plays a female wrestler who falls in love with her trainer, only to find he is already going out with her sparring partner.
‘Magnetised’ follows ‘Nothing Without You’, the first track released from the EP. Both are available to stream on Spotify and download from iTunes. The Magnetised EP can be pre-ordered from iTunes.
Emma’s first book, ‘Feel Good 101’, is also set for release on 7 September, through Little Brown. Written about her hard-earned life lessons, Emma talks about her struggles with anxiety and depression. ‘Feel Good 101’ can be pre-ordered here.
Emma is set to start her tour later this month, starting at Dublin’s famous Button Factory on 27 May and winding up at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, on June 4. Tickets are available here.
