FREE.D Asks Us To ‘Liberate Your Mind’ With New Release

FREE.D, from Moscow, is more than just a music creator, he’s also behind the record label, Hidden Vibes, which through his hard work and vision, gives a voice to a careful selection of artists. Beyond music, he is additionally a brilliant visual artist.

Previous releases, ‘Thinking Fast & Slow’, and ‘Kiss Full Of Funk’ were received warmly by fans and critics, with each finding a place in the world of Electronic Dance Music. With his new release, ‘Liberate Your Mind’, FREE.D has collaborated with London-based Roubs, to produce a pure synth anthem, which calls on humanity to stop feeding their egos, and to rather open their hearts and minds to making this a more peaceful and tolerant world. FREE.D also includes remixes by Rhadow, and Pazkal, giving the track further vitality.

The video for ‘Liberate Your Mind’ is a glorious feast of colour and animation, with the lyrics intoning us to “Wake Up – we’ve been asleep for too long. We’ve lost our dreams and been programmed”. With images including Super Mario, colourful birthday cakes and ice cream cones, fruit machines and much more, it’s a testament to how selfishness has taken over the world, and encourages us to all stop, and seek out peace and love instead.

‘Liberate Your Mind’ is available as a free download here. FREE.D is online on Twitter, Facebook, Soundcloud, and Instagram. Check out Hidden Vibes Music here.
