Nashville based rock band The Criticals was formed last year, 2018. by Parker Forbes and Cole Shugart. The duo take their influence from the Rolling Stones, The Strokes and The Libertines, and their music therefore combines vintage sensibilities with a modern sound. Latest single, ‘Treat Ya Better’, is an excellent example of this.
Zealand was formed a few years later, comprising Phil Joel on vocals, his cousin Roger Angove on bass, Ben Bugna on drums, and Ben Garrett on guitar, and they signed to Word in May 2015. Following that they released the ‘Liberated’ EP in 2016, with the full length version in February this year. Currently they’re touring the US, as support for Newsboys on their ‘United’ tour.
Nashville-based singer songwriter Janey Street has a lifetime of experience in the turbulent music industry, and has lived to tell her story, one song at a time. Janey’s latest single, ‘Undone’, is thought-provoking, and seeks to answer the questions we’re all burdened with, about our selves, and the world around us.
