When they woke up from their whiskey hangovers they realised it hadn’t been a dream, the people in the bar (all five of them) had cheered for them, and they had stumbled on their calling.

Originally from a small fishing village in the far north of Iceland, Gunnar The Fifth aka Gunnar Valdimarsson is one third of an alt-pop act and world-renown tattoo artist, now based in Oslo, Norway. Mount Hudson – ‘Lakeside Water’

Indie music project Mount Hudson takes the acoustic traditions of American folk and imbues it with modern pop sensibilities. The brainchild of Brooklyn New York artist Dave Yim, who plays acoustic guitar and provides vocals, ‘Lakeside Water’ sees him joined by a cast of seeming thousands, including Marcus Bagala (mandolin, electric guitar), Rob Heath (drums), Andrew Miramonti (organ), and Claire Wellin on violin.
