Blueburst Brings Lush Guitar-Based Alt Rock To The Forefront With Latest Release ‘Senseless’

Released July 7, ‘Senseless’ is the new single from guitarist/vocalist Craig Douglas Miller, who performs as Blueburst. While he’s probably classed as a “new” artist, the 50 year old Miller had moderate success with his band, The Reach, back in the 1990s, before taking a 20 plus year hiatus due to untreated clinical depression, writer’s block, and, in his words, “perhaps a few too many gin and tonics”.

Blueburst’s Powerful Track ‘Vanish From Debut Album Of The Same Name Comes As The Result Of Journey Of Survival And Resilience

Blueburst are a new group but they’re certainly not new artists. Comprising founder Craig Douglas Miller and guitarist Marty Willson-Piper, the group brings with it a long history in the music industry. New album, ‘Vanish’, comes after a 20 year musical hiatus for Miller, who found in Willson-Piper a trusted mentor and collaborator – who’s also a dab hand at production.
