Born in The Bronx, New York City, Adam Troy grew up in a musical home, where he was immersed in old school R&B, Motown, Hard Rock, Disco, and Jazz. He spent many years listening to, imitating, and generally soaking up the greats, and eventually decided to start releasing music, with a smooth, sensual vocal style reminiscent of those he admired in his youth, but with his own style.
