CLARE BOWEN HEADLINES FIRST UK TOUR AND RELEASES MUCH ANTICIPATED DEBUT RECORD

Born in Australia and now based in the US, singer songwriter and actress Clare Bowen is set to release her debut album in the UK, ahead of her first ever tour in the country. The eponymous album will be out on August 31, and has been preceded by the beautifully crafted, ‘Let It Rain’ on 27 July, a showcase of Clare’s striking vocal abilities. The track was debuted on “Whispering” Bob Harris’s BBC 2 radio show in mid-July.

There was a stirring in The Downs this week as TC&I – the new collaboration between XTC’s Colin Moulding and Terry Chambers – announced plans for live shows.
The duo, who released their debut EP Great Aspirations at the end of last year, will perform at home town venue The Swindon Arts Centre for four consecutive nights from October 29 to November 1.
