Corey Taylor Releases New Song ‘Post Traumatic Blues’

Yesterday, on July 11th, rock artist Corey Taylor released his latest single, ‘Post Traumatic Blues’, for his soon-to-come album, ‘CMF2’. This will be Taylor’s second solo album in his 30-year career – a career where he has gained worldwide recognition for working with Slipknot and Stone Sour. Taylor seeks to demonstrate his own style of music which he couldn’t do with either of his bands, and expand upon his work in his first solo album, ‘CMFT’, which released nearly 3 years ago in October 2020.

Joshua Ray Walker Takes On The Cranberries’ ‘Linger’ With Help From Tenacious D’s Kyle Gass

When Joshua Ray Walker started working on his upcoming album ‘What Is It Even?’ – his tribute to some of his favorite female artists and songwriters, out August 4th, 2023 via Soundly Music – he didn’t expect that Tenacious D’s Kyle Gass would appear on the record. It was probably even less likely that Gass would provide a recorder solo on the track. But that’s exactly what happened on Walker’s take on The Cranberries’ certified classic. Walker’s other-worldly voice shines on the track, Adam “Ditch” Kurtz’s pedal steel adds some twang, and Gass’ recorder solo mirrors the original’s slide guitar solo. 

Kylie Minogue And ABSOLUTE. Release Remix Of ‘Padam Padam’

Kylie Minogue has continued to work hard on her music, releasing a remix of ‘Padam Padam’ with producer Jax Jones a couple weeks ago. Now, the Princess of Pop and English producer ABSOLUTE. have been working together on another remix of the worldwide hit, seeking to propel each others’ music to new heights. The resultant song is an energetic piece that has already made the rounds in Glastonbury, bringing Minogue and ABSOLUTE (Anthony McGinley) new fame in their industries.
