A multi-instrumentalist whose solo records have been critically acclaimed, he’s also noted for his moving singing voice, and prolific songwriting, all of which has endeared him to a loyal fanbase of music lovers. His music is daily discovered by more and more listeners, and indeed, we discovered him through his work with David Bowie, and the Celebrating David Bowie concerts, one of which we were privileged to attend last year, at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush.

Ashalei Nickole – ‘Growing Pains’

Ashalei Nickole started singing at the age of 5, with the loving encouragement of her father. He realised she had a gift, and set aside every Friday night to work with her. From there she started writing and recording music, and at 14, her father built her a home studio. Now with Bachelor’s degree in Recording Arts, Ashalei Nickole describes herself as “like Batman undercover”, and records most of her songs by herself, as well as being heavily involved in the studio.

HANSON Return To The UK This February As Part Of ‘String Theory World Tour’

HANSON are set to return to the UK next month, with their brand new music project, the String Theory Symphonic Tour. Kicking off at the Birmingham Symphony Hall on February 11, making their way around the UK with shows in Manchester, London, and Glasgow, as well as a smaller, symphony-free club date at Nottingham’s Rock City. The tour follows on from their sold out 25th Anniversary World Tour, and Greatest Hits release.

For one night only, January 25, Escape Entertainment will revamp its existing bank heist games, and challenge teams of 2-6 players to pull off the ultimate diamond heist. The game has been inspired by the film, ‘King Of Thieves’, which stars Michael Caine, Jim Broadbent, Michael Gambon, Tom Courtenay, and Ray Winstone, among many other legendary names. ‘King Of Thieves’ is set for release on Blu-ray and DVD on January 21.
