It’s Camille Anjali’s Time To Shine With Debut Single, ‘LAST FRIEND ON EARTH’

Still only 12 years old, Camille Anjali was born in Mumbai and has already lived across four continents, finally making her home in Sydney, Australia. She is a musical prodigy, and her debut single, ‘LAST FRIEND ON EARTH’, was released on the 15th of September, 2025.

A pop anthem that was written about a deeply personal story, is a testimony to the enduring power of friendship.

‘LAST FRIEND ON EARTH’ is out now and is available to stream and download here.

With ‘LAST FRIEND ON EARTH’, Camille Anjali takes inspiration from the journey undertaken by her father, as he travelled far from his loved ones. It’s a tale as old as time, as those who leave feel the ache of no longer being close to their friends and family. Written while taking a deep and introspective look at the subject matter, Camille manages to fully capture the very essence of what it means to never give up, to look for and accept help when and where necessary, and to hold on tightly to friendship, in even the darkest times. Recorded at the legendary Powerplay Studios in Switzerland, ‘LAST FRIEND ON EARTH’ is packed with emotional depth, while the accompanying music video, is a visual feast, shot by Tommirock Films at the historic Flamingos Live in Newcastle, Australia. We see Camille dancing and playing under the moon, as she tells her story of light and connection, with a glowing ball symbolic of the enduring power of friendship.
