Lyrics such as “dreams that slipped away” and “all we find are broken lines” express the distress at losing those memories. Nonetheless, ‘Ghosts In Sunlight’ is overall a positive song, with further lines, like, “We find our love trapped behind crumbled walls” showing that it’s truly about living life to its fullest, despite obstacles we may encounter.
