Jeezi The Lantern Provides A Showcase Of His Growth As An Artist With His New Single, The Hustler-Inspired Track, ‘Costain’

Out now, ‘Costain’ is the new single from prestigious RnB artist, Jeezi The Lantern.

Produced by Callimajik, and engineered by Blazejev, ‘Costain’ is smooth, velvety, and a summer good vibes track, which Jeezi The Lantern – JTL for short – came up with after meeting a “hustler”, who inspired him.

Having experimented with a variety of melodies and rhythms, JTL proceeded to layer his selection into what became the final version of ‘Costain’. The artist, who hails from Lagos, Nigeria, draws on his own experiences from his hometown, and serves as a showcase of not just his talent and artistic growth, but also is a track which most of us can relate to.

With his distinct vocals, set against a simple RnB instrumental, ‘Costain’ is soul-stirring with profound lyrics. JTL’s sound has come from honing his skills from a very early age, and he has made it his mission to write and sing about issues such as mental health, youth empowerment, and equality. Additionally, he uses his platform for philanthropic causes, and strives for positive change in the world.

‘Costain’ is available to stream and download here, and you can find out more about Jeezi The Lantern and his music online on InstagramTwitter, Spotify, and Apple Music.
