Steve Ryan Releases Latest Single ‘Proud Of Me’

Released on April 6, ‘Proud Of Me’ is the latest single from singer songwriter Steve Ryan. The artist honours his late father’s memory through the song, in an emotional and heartfelt tribute that examines the feelings of grief and regret when you think about those things you did, or didn’t say to a person before they died. The single’s release was preceded by an animated video.

‘Proud Of Me’ has an uplifting melody which is allowed to soar high above the instrumental; the song itself served as a catharsis for Ryan as he worked through his emotions following his father’s death: anger, hopelessness, and regret.

Speaking of his songs, Steve Ryan says,

“My music is usually super catchy and relates to things that people go through and most of all, it’s honest. I’m not afraid to say the truth in my music”

The artist has been playing musical instruments since the age of 8, and has become known for his motivational, and at times, emotional music. His debut album was released in 2010, followed by a steady stream of singles and other albums.
