The future is certainly looking bright for 16-year-old pop star Denis Coleman. He has been described by 1883 Magazine as ‘a true pop star in the making’. The USA-born singer has supported The Vamps on their tour and has announced that he will be joining New Hope Club on their Autumn Tour too.
Hot on the radar of BBC R1 and various other radio stations including BBC support from BBC Manchester, Merseyside and Sussex. Coleman’s music is indeed a force of infectious pop, but his musical becoming began at the Royal College of Music. He won the nationwide songwriting competition of Open Mic UK with an originally penned song called ‘Radio’. An amazing achievement at the tender age of 12.
In addition to his creative endeavours, Denis is now the brand ambassador for The Power of Muzik, a mental health and anti-bullying campaign founded by celebrity vocal coach Cece Sammy. Combining his advocacy for teenagers and the catchiness of his music he is a pop heavyweight to be reckoned with.
‘All I Wanna Know’ is his superb new single. It will be released on 20th September. Denis has commented that the song is a track about when you’re starting to get to know someone and you’re unsure about how that person feels. The song works around an up-tempo, pop-RnB melody before lashing into its irresistible chorus. ‘All I Wanna Know’ will take a session of hypnotherapy for it to be removed from your head.
