Set for release on 28 June, pop artist Liam Holmes’ latest single, ‘Queen Of Summer’, is just in time for the upcoming heatwave.
‘Queen Of Summer’ is Liam’s first release for 2019, and follows on from ‘Fallen Leaves’, which came out last November.
Entirely self-produced – a relatively new venture for Holmes – ‘Queen Of Summer’ couples smooth melodies and slick harmonies, along with a bass-infused beat: in other words, the perfect summer time feel good tune.
‘Queen Of Summer’ is written for a love interest of Liam’s, with the song being used in order for him to tell her how he feels.
The singer, songwriter, and now producer, originally from Dagenham in Essex, started taking his music seriously while in the middle of studying for his degree in Performing Arts. He started attending open mic nights in the London and Essex areas, where he slowly caught the eye of events promoters, which led to him performing at established venues such as Scala, and O2 Proud. Liam released his debut EP, ‘Loyalty’, in 2018.
‘Queen Of Summer’ is out 28 June, across all major digital media platforms. Follow Liam Holmes online on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and SoundCloud.
