Irish producer JK JAM, aka Jamie Keaveney, inspired by how he was feeling during lockdown, has released his latest single, ‘Alone’. The track focuses on the longing for interaction with other humans, with a stress on the physical distance that’s become an every day thing for us all brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, in this very strange year, 2020.
NII CO. was previously signed to Warner Music Philippines and had released three singles with the label before rebranding himself as NII CO. The pop and future bass producer has released his latest single, ‘In My Dreams’, a song appropriate for these pandemic times, about the fear of loneliness, and the search for love and companionship.
It’s a solo offering from the woman responsible for some of the greatest hits in today’s musical landscape – those by acts such as Ward Thomas and Lewis Capaldi. But now stepping out from behind the producer’s desk, it’s clear that this release is something producer Astraea has been sitting on for some while now, and is read to unleash.
Singer-songwriter, and women’s advocate, EMM uses her powerful vocals and edgy lyrics, to showcase her point of view. A producer, who is also a classically trained multi-instrumentalist, EMM has a hand in every instrument on every track, every word she sings, and every melody you hear. She is also helping to change the woeful statistics of women in music, which currently stands at around 5% of producers in the industry today being female.
EMM has performed around Los Angeles to audiences in the largest arenas, and small intimate club gatherings. Her social media following is growing by the day, and her most music video, ‘FREEDOM’, has garnered more than a million views.
