All Hugo Valentine Wants Is A Little Love With New Single Out Today

Hugo Valentine is back with his new single, ‘All I Want’, released today, February 5. The classically trained pianist and vocalist is in fine form and all he wants…is a little love.

‘All I Want’ brings to mind Billy Joel – not just because Hugo’s piano playing is simply sublime, but also because of the lyrical content and vocal style. In terms of Hugo’s contemporaries there’s more than a hint of Tom Odell, and it’d be great to see the pair collaborate on a future project, with Hugo’s thoughtful and emotional pop stylings the perfect match for Tom’s anguish-filled life extracts.

As ever, Hugo has been a busy man, performing at gigs and festivals all over the UK last year – he even supported Sir Tom Jones at Hampton Court Palace. This year is no different, with another single, ‘Live Another Day’ to be released in April, to follow ‘All I Want’. There is more music set for release in June, and further live performances.
