Bristol Duo Foreign Affairs Are Far From ‘Faded’ With New Single

Bristol based duo Foreign Affairs released highly-anticipated single ‘Faded’, earlier this month. A production full of poignant, reflective lyricism, the track taken from their forth coming EP ‘The Old Fire Station’ serves as a fitting introduction to the duo’s brand of indie/Americana music.

Brothers Adam and Lawrence Purnell broke onto the scene in 2015, with the release of ‘Sell My Soul’, which landed them a spot in Glastonbury Festival, and have since then gone on to become one of UK’s most exciting and dynamic acts.

With ‘Faded’, the duo matches up the depth of their lyrics with a powerful instrumentation, taking their music to the next level.

Weaving intricate song-writing with flawless harmonies, Foreign Affairs continue to grow and grab attention wherever they go. It is therefore no wonder they’ve been nominated for British Country Music’s Duo Of The Year 2018.

They’ve come a long way and ‘Faded’ seems to be the beginning of another journey to the top.
