Electronic Artist PiMO Set To Release Newest Double Sided Single

PiMO, a multi-talented producer and instrumentalist is set to release his newest double-sided single on 14 June. The artist from Warsaw, Poland, has worked with the likes of Modfunk, and Thrill Kill. ‘Triumph’, and ‘Fantasy Island’, will be the second release of the year for PiMO, with more to come.

Growing up surrounded by music, in particular artists such as Stevie Wonder, Tina Turner, Pink Floyd, and Dire Straits, PiMO was inspired to find his own musical path. Discovering a love for electronic music, he joined forces with Modfunk, and became obsessed with learning different methods of production, essentially pioneering dance music in Poland.

‘Triumph’ has been inspired by the Football World Cup, and is a celebration of the atmosphere and spirit of unity of the event. Side B, ‘Fantasy Island’, was created to remind the listener of summer, with the feeling of laying on a beach, or driving with the windows rolled down. The track is upbeat with a groovy synth line, making you want to get up and dance. The tracks were written, recorded, and produced by PiMO himself.
PiMO draws influence from a wide range of artists such as Apex Twin, Duran Duran, and The Police, and ‘Triumph’/Fantasy Island’ should definitely be on everyone’s summer playlist.
