CHRIS STAPLETON / JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE NEW VIDEO /SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE TONIGHT

Superstar country singer-songwriter Chris Stapleton joined Justin Timberlake on his new song ‘Say Something’ released today, with their collaboration following their famous performance of Chris’ version of George Jones’ ‘Tennessee Whiskey’, and Justin Timberlake’s ‘Drink You Away’ at the 2015 CMA awards, which helped launch Chris into the music stratosphere. The striking one-take music video/short film directed by Arturo Perez Jr, dropped this week and sees Chris join Justin towards the middle of the video, it was an instant hit with Rolling Stone describing it as “stunning”.

Chris will also return to the stage of ‘Saturday Night Live’ tonight, with his second appearance as a musical guest on SNL, alongside comedy legend Will Ferrell, celebrating the release of his latest album, ‘From A Room: Volume 2’, which is out now on Mercury Records Nashville/Decca purchase digitally and with exclusive limited-edition bundles).




‘From A Room: Volume 2’ has received widespread acclaim, with praise in the USA from high profile publications NPR, Rolling Stone and Relix as well as the UK landing No 2 on the UK’s Official Americana Albums Chart Top 40, alongside positive reviews from NME who gave it 4 out 5 review in their Friday album club, comparing Chris’ unique take on modern country to respected artists including Neil Young, Credence Clearwater Revival, and Johnny Cash.

The Independent stated the album “Affirms the value of spiking country music with a strong shot of rhythm & blues” and the record has also received strong support from cool music publications including, GODS IN THE TV, who stated, “Prolific is now another epithet that can be used to describe the American singer-songwriter” as well as FOLK RADIO, who added, “Reckon they might as well start engraving that CMA 2018 Album of the Year award now.”
