Southampton singer songwriter Calum Lintott has just released his debut single, ‘Pin Up’, which is taken from his EP, ‘The Way It Is’.
‘Pin-Up’ is an uptempo song accompanied by a music video showing Calum dancing around Southampt0n, from the Town Walls up to the area around Southampton Solent University and down to Itchen Bridge. It’s a great song, and a good choice for lead single from a really well produced four track EP, any of which could have just as easily been released first.
Calum says of the EP,
“The record is primarily about love, heartbreak and the struggles that come along with it as a young person.”
Calum’s style and clear talent has secured him support slots with the likes of Theme Park, Little Comets and fellow Sotonians, The Delays. He recently appeared on BBC South Introducing where he played his debut EP in its entirety, and has seen ‘Pin-Up’ receive widespread praise from bloggers around the world, as well as airplay on radio stations, Voice FM, Mint South, and BBC Solent.
‘The Way It Is’ was released on November 4, and is available to download from iTunes, and Amazon, and stream on Apple Music and Spotify. Find out more about Calum online on his Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. You can also find Calum on Snapchat at calumlintott.
