Daryl Irvine – ‘Cosmic Embrace’

Australian singer/songwriter Daryl Irvine is back with a beautiful video shot in Bristol, UK. Featuring people singing his song, ‘Cosmic Embrace’ to camera, Daryl says he felt Bristol was the natural choice for video location, as the song itself was written on a sunny day in that city:

“This song about unrequited love and the potential for happiness plays out under a sky of fading light while the heavens play out their own cosmic ballet.

As it was originally written on a summers day in Bristol, UK the video was in this beautiful, creative city using real members of the public approached in the street.”

‘Cosmic Embrace’ along with Daryl’s new album ‘My Rainbow Girl’, is available on iTunes and Amazon. ‘My Rainbow Girl’ is a collection of songs that Daryl has written and self produced over the past few years. Daryl explains,

“The title speaks to the elusive, ever changing vision of ones perfect partner, a vision that evolves as we learn to love the idiosyncrasies of those we fall for and continues to change form and colour long after they’re gone.”
